Yes,but im building the standard version so i dont go broke
an mje15003 is 10 and an 2sc5200 is 4 money,but i will try to find something even cheaper like 1-2 money
4 romanian money units=1 euro,plus the fact that in shops they are more expensive and i want to build a 4-5 channel amp

Have you built a mains bulb tester? Sometimes referred to as "dim bulb tester".
Have you read up on the tester and why it helps stop you blowing equipment up?

yes i always use it,but the problem is i dont know hou to make a propre star ground,thats why my projects have been unsucessfull

A bulb tester and a faulty ground will NOT blow up your project.
It is faulty application of mains power by incompetent builders that blows up projects.

Only once a project blew up,the other times i just threw the chips out thinking they were faulty but it was the ground,but will a 25w bulb protect agains a reverse polarity on amp

Yes, there is mistake, MJ15004 must be rotate 180deg.
