Default dual opamp replacement options

I have a vintage Technics amplifier - SU-V650 which uses the NEC μPC4570 opamp and I was wondering if replacing this with any other modern drop in replacement opamp would help improve the sound.

I have zero knowledge in electronics so any information that anyone would provide about possible opamp replacements to try will be passed on to my engineer friend to implement.

A friend says he can give me the AD8066 opamp. Does anyone forsee any issues with replacing the existing opamp with this?

Advice and suggestions are invited and also - Thanks in advance for all responses/suggestions that may come in!

The AD8066 is more a video amp then audio. You can do much better IMO.

The LME49720 might be worth a look as top flight performer.
Sonically I suspect even a TL072 would better the 4570.

This kept everyone entertained for weeks

μPC4570 is a good OpAmp, it will be hard to get something better. Certainly AD8066 will NOT be better for your app, AD8066 is a fast OpAmp, good for digital/analog conversions (not you case) and noise is higher than what you have there.
