Default Parasound DR-40

Hello,

Wonder if anyone might have a schematic for a Parasound DR-40 or have any idea why the receiver stays in the standby mode. I checked the output transistors and associated drivers and they check OK. I thought I would ask before I start digging deeper into this receiver. Thanks,
