HI soerdjanto your 2sa1943 collecter is attached with +ve side on mur1620 its wrong you will attached -ve side pls check schematic

R24 and R25 must be connect to +/-MV, add BAV21 in paralel with 100pF on drivers and it can work.

With only one mosfet on step driver,how much final transistor can be use???

This is OK, 4 pairs is maximum with this topology, for more outputs you must add predrivers (triple darlington) and more step mosfets.

if two mosfet should be use in 4 pair of output,how many mosfet in 6 pair,8 pair,how to determine step drive mosfets?

Use 2, 3 or 4 IRF540 mosfets, IRF2807 can be use for 4 outputs.
