900W H-class PA Amp with Limiter

hi apexaudio
greetings work in progress

Andrew,

How are you planning to drill and mount the heat sink? One thing I will mention is that its a whole lot easier to drill the heat sink *before* soldering output tansistors (and commutators) to the board! A copy of the layout can be used as a drill template. Mount the outputs, then put the leads through the board one by one starting from one end. Then solder. This forces everything to align and there is less chance of breaking something. It's frustrating to have a competed, stuffed board and try to drill from that - and then the holes still don't line up.

hi apexaudio
greetings thanks for pointing out my mistakes have changed polarity
of condensers inserted wrongly checking pcb for mistakes
1 will send you high resolution pictures for inspection before powering up
2 schematic of power supply torroidial connections to filter condensers and bridges
would make life easier
for checking module any specific method used like series bulb while powering on
3 any voltage measurement chart would be very useful
thank you for pointing my mistakes and for your cooperation
thanking you

Hi apexaudio

can you post latest Class H Step driver schematics that can be use with most class A/B amps ?
Class H Step Driver based on C-audio and Crown schematics.

I will post PSU, soft-start and protect schematics with specific method for powering on with series 150R 10W resistor.
