Once again at a crossroads. I am a novice. A few weeks ago I removed a tone control for space. Rather than to mimic the pot, I would like to remove tone control circuit if posible.
In this case it appears that I have two 123k capacitors bleeding to ground through 50k dual pot in the negative tone position. Two 473k capacitors in series to outputs in the positive tone position. It also appears that with the tone control pot removed the caps are open circuit on one end.
My concern is that I want the amp flat again. It is too bright in the absense of the tone control.
