Am going to build out my latest concepts for power amplification in the next few weeks. To that end am looking for suggestions of input transistor matched pairs in a single package. PNP or NPN with Vce of at least 80 volts. Have been using 2SA979 but would like a second choice. Attached is the data sheet for the 979. I see the 979 out there for like $10 and such... maybe something newer?
Thanks all
