Simple Soft-start, DC, Thermal and Overload Protect with NE555. Use single 12vac for suply.

hi apex sir,
now i put 10k ntc .
now the protect circuit is working, but when power on , the relay delay time is one second ,because the led indicator only blinking once and after relay connects the led permanently lights on, how can i increase the delay time to 3 or 5 seconds?

Replace cap 1uF with 10uF or 680k with 2,2M and delay time will increase.

i changed the 1uf cap with 10uf , the delay time is 10seconds, and i change it to 2.2uf but delay time 2seconds, tommorow i'll buy 4.7uf and i'll check it.

bd241c ,bdw94c , tip127 , tip107 ,tip137 . tip42c.?

BD241 and TIP42C are not darlingtons even BD241 is NPN so they are not suitable but bdw94c , tip127 , tip107 ,tip137 seems to be OK for substitution.

This class H can't work with 5 pairs of outputs, but is ok for single pair like in H200 (post #88)

i made the fan control ,
1- is this work with amp input?, not the output,any suggestion to work with input signal,
2- the fan is not working with maximum speed, i provide ac 12v, i checked fan output, it is showing 8vdc, any suggestions.

Fan control can't work with amp input, use unregulated 15-18vdc for suply.
