Need help from Europe

I need to purchase 40 pcs SK76-50 TO220 heatsinks that I cannot find in USA or Hong Kong. soselectronics.com has it but is charging US$76 shipping which is an arm and a leg for me. rs-online (Germany) also has this but they are not dealing with entitites outside Europe. In fact, a number of rs-online in Europe are also having this item.

Can anyone help me to purchase and airmail them to Hong Kong? I can either pay him via Paypal (including Paypal charges) or exchange them with

Matched pairs of 2SK170/2SJ74, BL grade and GR grade are both available (matched by Idss and curve tracer) at US$8 per pair - these are my excess purchase from Japan electronic shops.
2SK170/2SJ74 V grade (not matched) that I bought from Yahoo Japan at US$12 per pair.
2SK389/2SJ109 pairs at US$12 per pair (non-matched) - 2nd hand but tested.
Panasonic FC 100uF 63V capacitors that I bought from Farnell HK at US$0.15 per piece.
RIFA 68000uF 63V 85 degree C that I purchased from USA (2 pcs)
Elna Silmic II 100uF 35V that I purchased from Japan at US$0.95 per piece - there are many Silmic made in China but mines are made in Japan.

or anything that he/she wants to buy from Hong Kong or China.
