old school amp setup
Greetings, this is my first post on here and I am thankful for all the info on this site! I recently came across a couple peavey cs800 amps (built in '85 or somewhere around there). I didn't really NEED the amps but I just couldn't pass up the deal I got on them so I snatched them up.
Anyway, I'm using a pair of JBL JRX125's for a mobile setup. The speakers handle 500w rms/1000w peak. Currently I'm running a 600w behringer mixer/amp to them so they're not getting a whole lot of juice and don't sound as good as they should. Is there a way I could wire the 2 cs800 amps to each speaker, or would that be way too much power? Am I better off just using 1? |
