Ok couple of questions:

First I am designing a Mosfet Power Follower amplifier. Maybe 2SK1058 20-24vdc 3A. Use a 1:1 output transformer on output.

Couple of questions:

1) Looking to design an output transformer for it. Need help on the Inductance calculations, size of transformer core, wire size etc. Probably bifilar wound... and maybe wind myself.

2) Need simple bias circuit for it.maybe even 4v battery?

3) Any advantage to using a "grid choke" on gate of mosfet and put bias voltage on that?

The driver circuit is tube with a 1:1.75 IT.

Dunno yet about PS for output stage... whether to just go CLC or regulated cap multiplier etc. thoughts?

Thanks for any help!

Richard
