Help for replacement NJM4580 with AD8620

I have on my car cd-player NJM4580 and i want to replace with AD8620 for a better sound. The head unit in Clarion DXZ955 and i need help.

Since this audio system is in a car with all of the associated noises, less that optimum speaker locations, and so many other things to get right first I doubt you will hear any difference at all. IMHO a waste of time.

the location of speaker is not into original places, it waz modified tha door boards, A pillar with mid and tw. so, its not a stock car and it was dampening.

what parts must be changed for ad8620? rezistor and capacitor, but wich one?
