Default Marantz PM-66SE Right Channel Fault

My ebay sourced 66SE has been brilliant for last 18mths. However just noticed that the right channel has developed a fault. Volume output is less than 50% that of left channel. Trouble shooting to date:
  • not speakers - switched them over
  • not input fault apparent with both CD and phono (only sources connected)
  • Fault apparent with direct selected or not selected.
  • Appeared to clear last night once thoroughly warmed up (over one hour!)
Any ideas before I commit to someone else to repair?? Be warned I am a complete novice. Thanks

Probably either a dry joint or a bad signal coupling capacitor. Should be a fairly easy repair for someone who knows what they're doing!
