Replacement for MPSA43?!

Hi! Can someone tell me an European equivalent for MPSA43, because I might have problems finding that particular one here? Also, I'd appreciate anyone's opinion on this amplifier design:

MPSA42 is quite common and also suitable. 2N5551 will also work.

My designs are full of MPSA42, a good low cost high voltage transistor.
