Hi everyone,
I have just purchased an Exposure 8 power amp. It was built probably in 1987 with PSU reservoir caps date code 1986. These are 4x10000uF 50V BHCs. Capacitor technology has moved on a bit since then and I was considering replacing with Kendeill or BHC. However the capacitance and voltage are not popular. Reading on the web and talking to Avondale Audio they only stock 22000uF 63V and are too big. Does anyone know where you can get Kendeill in this value at small quantities? Cheers E |
