Hello, I couldn't really find an exact solution/answer to my situation while searching. What I want to do is add an equalizer before the DTA-1 in my computer sound setup, and I've noticed that car equalizers seem to have more features that home equalizers (ie a subwoofer output and crossover). I already know about the power issue, but my question pertains to the 4V to 7V RCA pre-out voltage of the car components versus the 200mV voltage of typical home audio components.

Will the 4V-7V RCA output on the car equalizer pose an issue when outputing to my home amplifier (DTA-1)? I read through the specs on the DTA-1, but could find nothing on recommended line-in input voltage.

TIA for any helpful advice:)
