a member said that hey are poor quality devices...
a pity , as they pretend to produce the famed 2sa1302/2sc3281... anyway, there s plentyfull of good devices from the sanken, toshiba, or even fairchild and onsemi that have good guaranted performances... |

I would be very happy to have accurate analysis resp. comparable tests results (the question is, who make this?).
A wide range of technican believe that copied semiconductor from Far East are automatically unusable. But the fact "Made in Taiwan" does not automatically mean "bad quality" Simple estimates are not helpful. |

I just found this thread.
I have using some C2922/A1216 from MOSPEC about 8years ago, and doing some short test. I am only blowing two of them, may be enough for the test. As I remember, it is tougher than the spec on datasheet. Also has much lower Rbe, that indicates more electron mobility and heavier. They has the same numbering but cannot be used as replacement, too much differences, too slow and heavy compared to SANKEN, but may tougher when without heatsink isolator. |
