Probably a dumb question but, would and entirely chrome plated chassis cause any problems when it comes to grounding within an amp? Or could any other adverse effects occur?
I doubt that it would, since it should transfer everything fine electrically/oxidation free. |

No, but it sounds like you're going to use the chassis as the "ground"? Earth it but don't use it as a reference.

People forget, steel is a really bad conductor. Not a good reference.
