I'm not a solid state guy but am looking for a input high impedance mofset buffer to be used for headphones for a tube hybrid project, it would need a split supply to add a DC offset servo. Any leads would be appreciated if this has been done before.

These are not exactly what you want, just ideas...
Perhaps you could consider the Cavalli transistor buffer from his SOHA design: The SOHA II Headphone Amplifier Or scale down the PMA buffer shown in this thread: Pavel's MOSFET Follower - No Darlington Mod : ) |
