Hi,
I have a problem with stabilty, this L-07C has some problem with the tone control switch I would like to know if anybody can give me some tips on how to bypass the tone controls, I have tried to lift the C57 and C58 and the level between the channels is Ok but the gain is too low, is it posiible to make a bypass circuit. I think that many problems with Japanese preamps came from very poor switches, they consists of a small PCb with the switch connectors just rivited to the bare copper strips, this is not good they should be soldered, but it is also very hard to take them out from the main board as they are jus cheap paper boards.
