Default spl amps

hi everyone when an amp powers up fine but no out put that would be the output transistors or something in the input section.

Its unusual for output transistors to go open circuit, in my experience they almost always go to a short circuit which would blow the fuse.

I would apply a signal and follow it rhough with a scope.
