anybody have a spice model for 2SA1407 and 2SC3601?

after seeing some threads were these are mentioned as having sweet properties i would like to try them out...

i did a test, end they doesn t work...
is there something missing on the parameters list??

I get most of my models from factory, I purchase large amounts from Sanyo and have a inside contact so it makes it a bit easier to get models.
This one though I think came from these threads, it was made by SYN08 if I remember correctly, they work fine for me, you have to change them to LTspice format if youre using LT, the details are on the help file.
