Default 2sk74 datasheet

Can anyone point me towards a 2SK74 Datasheet? I can't seem to find any, anywhere, even in the datasheet repositories on the interwebs. All they ever seem to find are MOSFETs. Thanks.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've been led to believe the Yamaha YJ-1200 chip is a 2SK74 (junction)FET, with no mention of it being MOS.

Well, I've found references to 2sk74 here in the DIYAudio fora. Were they typos?

I wish I had the datasheet in the pic.

the 2sj74 is the complement to the 2sk170.
Both are jFET with high gm and fairly low noise.

Compare a GR grade 2sj74 to the graph shown for the 2sk74 and you will see that the 3mA Idss device is not a typical low pinch off voltage 2sj74

Pioneer show Yfs (gm) ~ 3mS @ 3mA.
This is a low gm device.

with theses numbers, could be a 2SK30, a low noise
fet for high impedances sources..

If you peak at the schematic of the amp you'll notice that the YJ-1200 monolithic dualies are N-channel devices, that makes it a 2SK number, not 2SJ.
