I have Technics CH 7 modular stereo which needs about 3 minutes "warming up" before turning on or protection turns it off again, switches off after a few hours with low output. Most lcd displays are dim apart from tape deck which is unnaturally bright. Radio distorted, cds not recognised, tape is weak traction. Would changing all the capacitors in the main amplifier unit help.
