I turned on my Aragon 24k the other day and a very loud pop came through the speakers. (Normally if I turn on the preamp and amp out of order there is a very soft pop.) The right channel was also very low.
The loud pop also occurs when switching from On to Mute and when shutting off the preamp (the power switch goes Off-On-Mute). None of the components have visibly failed and the readings across the transistors are consistent. Any ideas what may be wrong? |
