Default jfet 2sk68a replacement.......

I must repair phono board of Luxman L-10.........
The j-fet 2sk68a (nec) are impossible to find here in Italy.....
What is the direct (or very close replacement) for those jfet's?

With bf 244 it' a mess and they burn because the Vds max are a little under correct value and Vgsoff it's different than 2sk68a and I can't set correctly and easy the offset voltage of the board that became very instable .....

I need the data sheet of 2sk68a (pdf) because i've only few data....

Thanks a lot.

Data sheet source :

http://www.minor-audio.com/data/fet_...dio_2SK68A.pdf

2SK170 or 2SK117 is probably close enough. I'll leave you to compare data sheets.

I need orig. data sheets from the jFET's 2SK163 und 2SJ44, also from NEC; unfortunately there aren't to find about
уƒžу‚дуƒŠуƒ╝у‚куƒ╝уƒ‡у‚гу‚куБощƒих▒‹
and all the other datasheetarchives. Also Krell Industries can't send me this one.
Perhaps you have this one or you know the exactly title of NEC's original data book about small signal jFET's.

Thank you for this short form data and equivalent tables. The InterFET datasheets I have also. But I need original NEC datasheet of 2SK163 und 2SJ44 include the usual diagrams. Not to find on the web -
unfortunately you haven't read exactly my question in my previous post
(or you thought seriously that I had never heard of "Google" to find appropriate hits?).

Another 15 minutes googling, when I was finally motivated to :

http://www.necel.com/nesdis/image/TC-5409.pdf
http://www.necel.com/nesdis/image/TC-3344A.pdf

Cheers,
Patrick

PS
The figures are obvious enough even if you can't read Japanese.
No English version for 2SK163 from the NEC archive.

.

Thank you very much. NEC add some additional vintage jFET datasheets at their own archive in the last months - this was new for me.
Unfortunately only the 2SK163 goes open. the pdf URLs from NEC about 2SJ44 about the URL's
http://www.necel.com/nesdis/image/TC-3344A.pdf and
[NEC Electronics]Document Information
don't goes open.
Do you know the title of the original NEC data book inside this both types ?

You can send me a PM so that I can send you the pdf. Too large for here (2MB).
