Default Spice Model for 2SA1210/2SC2912?

Hi,

Does anyone have a Spice model for either 2SA1210 or 2SA1407, and their complements?

Thanks -

Default This might get you one step closer

Some information that might help:

Here's the Sanyo website, where they show the parts as discontinued...
Discrete Devices

Here's a link to a data sheet:
2SC2912 (Sanyo) - HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHING, AF 150W PREDRIVER APPLICATIONS
(datasheet was too big to upload to the forum)

2n5401 and 2n5551 might not be a too horrible approx for spice files:

PNP (Is=21.48f Xti=3 Eg=1.11 Vaf=100 Bf=132.1 Ne=1.375 Ise=21.48f Ikf=.1848 Xtb=1.5 Br=3.661 Nc=2 Isc=0
Ikr=0 Rc=1.6 Cjc=17.63p Mjc=.5312 Vjc=.75 Fc=.5 Cje=73.39p Mje=.3777 Vje=.75 Tr=1.476n Tf=641.9p Itf=0
Vtf=0 Xtf=0 Rb=10)

NPN (Is=2.511f Xti=3 Eg=1.11 Vaf=100 Bf=242.6 Ne=1.249 Ise=2.511f Ikf=.3458 Xtb=1.5 Br=3.197 Nc=2 Isc=0

Vtf=5 Xtf=8 Rb=10)

Thanks, I have those. The 2N5401 and 2N5551 seem to be decent performers, w/o the availability and pricing issues.

I looked up 2SA1210 cross references and found a Fairchild KSA1142. 27 cents at Mouser. Oh, and Fairchild just emailed me the spice model. So, this might be "good enough".
