Try L C Audio Technology / Forside. They are using them in their ZAPfilter.
Me too is curious: What's it for?

I don't know these particular ROHM parts, but the complementary ROHM 2SD2391/2SB1561 pair (SMD) you can get from Farnell. Pretty expensive though.
Have fun, Hannes currently having fun with developing a SMD amp ;-)
EDIT: oh I see that's a low noise part - sorry have no alternative at hand!

I see! From experience nice SMD-transistors are hard to get, well in fact everything that would feature properties beyond pure miniaturization (pp-caps or metal film resistors for example) are very hard to get (as DIYer) as SMT.
If there's enough space, could you replace it with a through-hole part? Certainly needs carefull soldering and bending of the leads.
Have fun, Hannes

Found one of them here. There are three versions of this, suffix R,S and E, each with a different hfe. The exact type for me would be the one with an E, but I will give it a shot. Have not found the complimentary one yet.
