BUX127 VD0 transistors

Hi,

I just found two pretty big BUX127 VD0 transistors lying around. I thought I could build something with them, a low cost amp, just to see what you get for a very slight amount of money.

So I need some tips on circuits! Ps! It should be able to run on 25V rails.

The first manufacturer was TFK (Telefunken) and it isn't to find pdf datasheet online. Try to ask by Vishay for this one. In my short form data book I read 400V/15A darlington for switch mode. Without diagram of safe operating aera you cannot use for linear application.
