Hi,
I just found two pretty big BUX127 VD0 transistors lying around. I thought I could build something with them, a low cost amp, just to see what you get for a very slight amount of money. So I need some tips on circuits! Ps! It should be able to run on 25V rails. Thanks! |

The first manufacturer was TFK (Telefunken) and it isn't to find pdf datasheet online. Try to ask by Vishay for this one. In my short form data book I read 400V/15A darlington for switch mode. Without diagram of safe operating aera you cannot use for linear application.
