HI, i`am looking for 2 matched pairs of 2sa1492 (o) and 2sc3856 (o) for my denon PMA 1560 amplifier.

So i mean 2 couples of 2sa1492 (o) and 2 couples of 2sc3856 (o)

A : you do not need matched pairs
B : 130W Sanken replacements are 2SA1492 and 2SC3856, can be bought just about anywhere for €3 each.

You should check if the driver devices are still ok, those Denon models have a somewhat unorthodox driver stage of Hitachi TO220 MOSFET drivers and Rohm BJT devices.

Hitachi/Renesas J78/J79 and K215/K216 are obsolete and do €4 to €5 each, replacements are J313/K2013 but will cost you more if you buy only 2 pairs.
The Rohm B1328/D2004 are +1W high voltage/current Vas transistors, replacements for the Rohms will be difficult to find.

(you'll have to exchange the Miller caps at the Vas if you step up to other output devices)

When i use the OnSemi MJL4302/MJL4281 instead of 2sa1492 and 2sc3856, are there any things that have to be changed, or can i use them instead of.

Now vr501 and vr502 are set on 8mv must it be changed voor the OnSemi`s
And vr503 and vr504 on 30mv (1khz test tone)

Where to buy the OnSemi MJL4302/MJL4281.
