Default MOSFET -soft musical clipping??

are mosfet amps actualy clipping more softly than BJT ??

they are supposed to,and my articles i have dont really explain the sound of them,just how they work

in silicon chip,there is a couple of mosfet amps

i was thinking of making one sometime for sub usage
