...repairing a Harman Kardon Signature 1.5 with six pairs of these transistors in each output, I have three blown transistors (2 x PNP and 1 x NPN).
What would be a good replacement? Farnell has Magnatec 2SC5200/2SA1943 wich seems to have the same specs ( Vce=230V, Ic=15A, P=130W, Hfe<35, Ft=30MHz) but what is your opinion? Also - could I replace just these three, or should I replace them all?
