Hello i have 8 of the above mosfets and i have not been able to find an amplifier schematic. i would like to build an amplifier using them. does anyone here know of any schematics for these mosfets. i would like to use said amplifier schematic to build an amp for a subwoofer or two. i basically need 600 watts RMS to be able to come out of the end at very least.
thanks in advance, mulletdude

You could probably use them in any circuit using IRF540, but in TO-220FP packages, forget 600W... with an Id of only 14A i wouldn't use them over 100W and then i'd want 2 pairs per channel at least
