i have about 40 pairs of these transistors

J352/K2221 = 2SJ56/2SK176 in plastic dress code. (also Plastic J351/K2220 = 2SJ55/2SK175 TO3s )

Whenever i read J55/J56/K175/K176 i can't help but think Tandberg.
The 1S number of Lateral MOSFETs doesn't exactly advertise the use of single pair output stages.
Not in the mood for Speedy Otala inspired stuff ? => http://sportsbil.com/tandberg/tia-3012-sm.pdf :clown:

The 2SK2221 – 2SJ352 lateral mosfet pairs are 200V 8 amp devices.
They could be used in almost any circuit for the lower voltage lateral mosfet output pairs such as the 2SK1058 / 2SJ 162.
Typically they would have been used in multiple sets to take advantage of the higher voltage rating.
For instance
2 pairs could provide 150W / 8R, & 250W / 4R at +60V / 0 / -60V
4 pairs could provide 300w / 8R, & 500w /4R at +80V / 0 / -80V.
8 pairs could produce 500W / 8R, & 800W / 4R at +100V / 0 / -100V.
