i have found this one ...let me know what do you think ...and also since rail voltage is not stated ....i think that is got to be something be tween 40-60 volts or so
opinions please

Perhaps this types are the electrical (not mechanical) successors for the good known TO-3 types
2SK133-2SK134-2SK135 and 2SJ48-2SJ49-2SJ50 for compare and more information I have found this: Renesas Technology America - Renesas VP http://documentation.renesas.com/eng..._2sk2220ds.pdf 2SK134 pdf, 2SK134 description, 2SK134 datasheets, 2SK134 view ::: ALLDATASHEET ::: http://documentation.renesas.com/eng...0_2sj351ds.pdf 2SJ49 pdf, 2SJ49 description, 2SJ49 datasheets, 2SJ49 view ::: ALLDATASHEET ::: http://documentation.renesas.com/eng...5g0001_pmf.pdf |

J352/K2221 = 2SJ56/2SK176 in plastic dress code. (also Plastic J351/K2220 = 2SJ55/2SK175 TO3s )
Whenever i read J55/J56/K175/K176 i can't help but think Tandberg. The 1S number of Lateral MOSFETs doesn't exactly advertise the use of single pair output stages. Not in the mood for Speedy Otala inspired stuff ? => http://sportsbil.com/tandberg/tia-3012-sm.pdf

i got them as replacement sets ( matched ) and they where supposed to be replacement parts for Altair pro amps but these amps except a few electrolytics in the protection circuit and secondary psu normaly never fail ...
so now that i dont have to keep the transitors (the time limmit expired )i may as well use them for something else

The 2SK2221 – 2SJ352 lateral mosfet pairs are 200V 8 amp devices.
They could be used in almost any circuit for the lower voltage lateral mosfet output pairs such as the 2SK1058 / 2SJ 162. Typically they would have been used in multiple sets to take advantage of the higher voltage rating. For instance 2 pairs could provide 150W / 8R, & 250W / 4R at +60V / 0 / -60V 4 pairs could provide 300w / 8R, & 500w /4R at +80V / 0 / -80V. 8 pairs could produce 500W / 8R, & 800W / 4R at +100V / 0 / -100V. |
