Near as I can tell, the newer Toshiba parts have a slightly
higher voltage rating and probably a better SOA as a result. In other words, more rugged. For most applications, you could use either type depending on availability. Specifications are on this page: http://www.toshiba.com/taec/cgi-bin/...ategoryID=7010 |
