Hi,
I'm looking for dual mosfets to use as a current mirror. While I can find loads of dmos types in SO-8 etc, there doesn't seem to be any indication that the devices have similar Vgs or gfs. The only linear matched device I can find is Advanced Linear devices ALD1116. Unfortunately I can't get my hands on them at sensible prices! Can anyone give me an idea of a Dmos dual that might work as a mirror? I'm kind of in design limbo ![]() Thanks in advance!! |
