equivalent diode for 1ss176?
Newbie here needing advice. I need to replace a 1SS176 diode in my Carver TFM-25 amp but I can't find one. Here's the datasheet 1SS176 Datasheet pdf - SWITCHING DIODES - Leshan Radio Company
Is anyone familiar with that diode and can recommend an equivalent replacement? |

1N914/A/B should be an equivalent... it'll have the Vr needed.

if you have a data sheet see the features and check it in mouser and other site you get similar ones ..
