Hi again. I got a schematic for the unit in paper form.
I replaced the output transistors, the 2SA970/2SC2240 drivers (for both channels) and the AN7062 IC, but strange things happen. I slowly power up the unit by a variac and measures abnormal currents and voltages around the AN7062. Anyone familiar with the AN7062 chip who can explain for example why I keep getting +0.8VDC at the -Vcc pins 10 & 18 though the zener stab works (tested without the IC)? It appears the IC draws too much current - though it's all new. Exactly as the old IC which I thought was damaged, but probably it isn't. Anyone there for advice? Best regards Jackson |
