Default Leach amp power-up

Greetings to All. I have a Leach amp I built a few years ago. This amp has not been used for about a year. When I power-up this amp are there any pre-cautions I should take when doing so ? The amp was in good working order when used. All replys will be greatly appreciated.

Hola Y'all...

A cheap precautionary step is to fab up a power cord with a screw in light socket in the hot leg(I use a 60w bulb)and if you are really cautious use a variac to bring it up slow. Probably the only thing that could go wrong with age and dormancy is a capacitor may go astray. Short the inputs bring on the power and ck for DC at the outputs, lots pf discussion on whats good but generally something less than 50mV and 10 or less is great.

Keep us posted not a lot of discussion on professor Leach's progeny.

Regards, Elwood
