Default Can i replace mc1458 with opa2134?

can i replace the ic mc1458 with opa2134 for better sound quality?

I've switched out opamps multiple times and almost always found an improvement. Fast opamps require some attention to decoupling, which circuits using cheap opamps may or may not have implemented. With that caveat, replacements are usually succesful - I've replaced NE5532 and 4580 with LM4562, and in another case 4588 with NE5532. It's a worthwhile improvement (to my ears).

yes, you can, but, in my opinion opa2604 is better than 2134 so I would want to council you the2604.

OPA2132 is better than OPA2134, much more 'liquid', refined, great bass and less noisy than OPA2604, IMHO.

Yes but you may need to add additional decoupling capacitors. Also it is possible the circuit will not be stable. Try it, but if you notice the opamp getting warm, it is oscillating and not suitable.
