I stumbled upon a "beta" for a new filter design tool at Analog Devices website, online interactive filter design software:

Unlike the TI filter-ware, the Analog Devices has low pass, high pass, band pass, multiple configurations, selection of Q, etc. <p>Cut and paste from their website:
