Default salvaged plate amp - can I use here?

I've got a salvaged plate amp that appears to be made for a non-US standard (perhaps Japan?) It is Acoustic Research, model S10HO. It is marked with 100V 50Hz, and 85WJ.

It has an IEC jack like this:

which will accept a power cord like this:

Will this combination (100V 50Hz) work on the standard 110V 60Hz?
