I have 4 amplifier modules which I was going to use for a 2 bridged mono blocks, the modules output 300W/8ohms and 500W/4ohm using a 800VA transformer each.
My question is which would be better using 2 x 800va OR 1 x 2kVA transformer per bridged amplifier? Any power output differences? I have read that a single transformer in a bridged configuration is better for lower THD+N.
