hi everyone I need help fast restoring my trusted mission cyrus one amp. I can not get any sound from the amp at all, I can only describe the sound as being like a motor boat or clicking with hum in the channels with . I have been told it is the caps but dont know were to start. any help will be most appreciated.

Please check the RC components between the PCB-GND and the enclosure-GND (chassis GND). In some cases this is the reason for errors

To be honest, if you dont know where to start, you are best getting the amp serviced by Cyrus themselves - while it is a high price, it does cover a full tune up and restoration back to factory condition.
