Hi
I think somebody can help to sort the problem out. My Nad C350 has no sound at all when connecting to the speakers. However, when I plug my headphone into the ''phones socket'', I can hear the sound normally. Please help. Julio |

Thank you very much for your quick advice However, there is abit misunderstood here. I mean when I connect my speakers ( floor standing) to the amp ( at the rear side where there are speakers connection: Red, black....) there is no sound at all. So I had to unpluged the speakers, then plug my head phone into the PHONES socket on the front side of the amp. I can hear music normally. Please help |

Probably a blown fuse, open it and check if you do not want to send it to the repair shop... Otherwise check for burnt parts or PCB, it will give us clues to what happen

Hi Dj- Vulture,
Thanks for your advice I did check the fuse and board. There is nothing wrong I also disconnected the head phone, but the problem still remained I think the Pre-amp section is still working and so does the Power section The replay is still working properly. I did research this site and found out Nad C350 has to be soldered ( jumper) for R... and R... |
