Different Versions of only N-Channel MOSFETs in Audio Power Output Stages
I have read the comments by URL
and my idea was to start a new thread, where I begin an URL overview of different versions concerning power output stages with only N-CH MOSFETs. I was amazed about the wide range of circuit topologies regarded this kind of output power stages for audio amplifiers.

Let's see, I can think of three more, of which I can divulge two,
Single-ended Class A systems, including SRPP and variants.
Balanced operation through output transformer
One more: source follower loaded on a counter-modulated current source.
And, finally, one more: the same, but bootstrapped by one more source follower on top (it is what I breadboard currently, see my thread in a Vacuum Tube section of the forum)

Definitely yes. "Complimentary" N-Channel/P-Channel MOSFETs are a good deal less "complimentary" than NPN/PNP complimentaries. Stick to one or the other, but not both in the same circuit. MOSFETs aren't BJTs, and topologies originated for BJTs just won't work as well. Of course, the Big Box manufacturers like those OTL BJT topologies since no OPT is cheaper than the cheapest OPT.
I think NMOS output stages working more stable without faults compare to BJT against SOA
Have sold 2 years ago 50 pcs. Mosfet PA amplifier.... since today 1 channel defective by clients, similar Class D amplifier faults less 1 %
but BJT amplifier/Toshiba 2SA1943 und 2 SC5200 inside, .... headache about 10 % faults/defective output devices,...amps from different professional supplier
