I have used the BDs 139/140, are very well in the simulator, in a real circuit, I do not know if would be good...
Told me that the good are the old philips

small operating frequency range and large Cob will decrease linearity (drastically).

I'm not suggesting we use slow transistors. I'm just saying I don't think 600MHz ones are necessary.

But this is getting OT. It is the poster of this thread who will decide which ones he wants. Our opinions should come only when asked for (mine included).
