Correction: The 2sc2383 at Q305 (VAS) is a repair, not a factory upgrade. I've replaced it with a 2sc3953 device, which has lower hfe (~60) but much lower Cob. The substitution seems fine - it's stable and there's no negative impact on audible sonics.
