Hello,
I could really use that schematic also!
I have a tD-70 that works only once in a while. I replaced the tube with no luck. I did check the Zeners, and they both have 16V across them. The board is a blackish color though, under both zeners, and the 7v transformer wire got really hot at one time. The yellow wire is a little discolored.
